Our spacious 2,350 sqft home can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with 2 large living spaces, a modern kitchen, a kids play room, an office and a huge fenced backyard with a deck. We have thoughtfully curated our home to have everything your family needs to enjoy your vacation together. Kids will love the play room, toys, games, and books. Adults will love the XL soaking tub, extra large grill, modern kitchen, and the private office/library with 1G high-speed fiber wifi. Your well-behaved, trained pups are welcome. For other pets, consult the host. The large, fully fenced backyard will be their playground, complete with a cozy dog bed and treats. Just remember to clean up after them—no one likes surprise landmines. The TV room features a sprawling, ultra-comfortable sectional sofa that magically transforms into a queen-sized memory foam bed. Linens are stashed in the TV room closet, making it easy to switch from binge-watching to beauty sleep. We’ve got a treasure trove of games for kids and adults who still act like kids. The kids' room boasts a foam floor, foam climbing blocks, a giant Connect Four, kids' books, a play kitchen, and a "Lego" activity table. If your kids complain about being bored here, it’s not our fault. All of the bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, benches, closets and blackout shades. The primary bedroom has a luxury ensuite with a double slipper soaking tub large enough for 2 people and a separate fully-tiled walk-in shower. The bedroom has a TV with Roku, a sitting area, and a very comfortable Cali-King memory foam mattress. The bedroom is large enough to set up a pack-n-play (which is available in the primary bedroom closet). The garage has space for one car and it has a 240 volt plug for charging electric vehicles. Kayaks, tubes, life jackets, and a dog crate are also available in the garage. Dogs must be crated if you leave them alone in the house. Hand carts are available in the garage to provide easy, walkable kayak transportation to Hill Wheatley Park. (5 minute walk) You are also welcome to take the kayaks on your roof rack (you will need to bring your own straps), in your SUV, truck, or however else you'd like to transport them. The long doublewide driveway has plenty of room for your vehicles and even a trailer with your boat on it! If you are like us and have yet to buy a boat, (yet being the key word), then you can rent one for a day or half day from many great local Lake Hamilton marinas. In the winter you can see the lakefront at our neighbors property through the trees on our back deck. Even though we are only a stones throw, (or skip), from the lake, we are less than 8 miles from historic bathhouse row of Hot Springs National Park, Oaklawn Casino and Horse Racing, MidAmerica Science Museum and much more. We are only 4 miles from the Hot Springs airport. Close to everything!

Neighborhood
We are lucky to be located in one of the smallest and most peaceful neighborhoods in Hot Springs National Park, AR. We live on a street with a cul-de-sac and there are no through streets so we don't get much traffic in our neighborhood. Hill Wheatley Park, (which is the only free public access park on Lake Hamilton), is directly across the Majestic Lodge Rd. from our Little neighborhood entrance at the Clairmoor Ct. entrance. On a hot day in the summer there is often plenty of boat traffic as local families and fishermen park in the large parking lot and use the boat ramp to access the lake. The park also has hiking trails, a sandy swim beach, BBQ grills and picnic areas as well as a fishing dock. Our neighbors are friends of ours so please treat them kindly and respectfully if you see them. There is a Walmart neighborhood market less than 1 mile away. Guest Access
Guests have private access to the entire house, one side of the garage, the front/back yard, as well as the large driveway. Guests can access Lake Hamilton via Hill Wheatley Park across the street from our neighborhood. Consult our "exterior" pictures or google maps for directions. Thank you!
